2. What is Spam? - Spam is unwanted email also known as ‘junk mail’ or ‘Unsolicited Commercial Email' (UCE).

3. How Colliers International GCC protects you from receiving spam;

Colliers International GCC has a permission-based email-marketing tool which means all recipients must ‘opt-in’ to receive communications from Colliers International GCC. Colliers International GCC has strict permission based principles and procedures:

• Verification - Colliers International GCC sends all of its new subscribers an email confirming their request to receive regular emails.

• Subscription - Every email generated from Colliers International GCC contains an unsubscribe message that cannot be removed. The message includes an unsubscribe link which automatically opens up a reply message from the recipients mail program in which the recipient simply writes ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject. • The use of any false, deceptive or misleading information in the subject line. The recipient must not be misled as to the subject matter or content of the email. All marketing or advertising emails should be clearly identified.
